I must admit, I saw that and assumed it was an error as it means that section of road now has no exit.  I have now changed it, but it will keep throwing up MP errors (if and when Waze ever get that working again!).
I have also changed the turns on the south end of the road to further prevent anyone getting routed down there to make a U-turn, something Waze does irritating often.
