I was sorting out reverse connections at that node not realising that this segment was locked. The connecting segments are now no turns allowed and I can't change any turn restrictions at that node. A relatively major junction to have messed up in the centre on Henley, must pay more attention in future
I am an area manager for the segment in question (level 3) and it is locked to level 4.
