"no vehicles" signs

When I encounter a "no vehicles" sign in GSV (or more specifically, "no vehicles / except for access"), should I put a restriction on that road, or change it to private, or do nothing?

If there's a requirement to stop Waze sending through traffic along a road, while still routing to destinations along the road, then "private" is indeed a good way to achieve this.

A "restriction" would probably cause Waze to refuse to direct people to destinations along the road, which is (probably) not what you want.
