this road has been upgraded from street to primary street to this section needs to be unlocked so it can have its type matched

Done, there are also a few road incorrectly named roads (Place etc..) If you can look at.

Probably, but the add-on I had doesn't work with the new editor, I believe? The one that lists all the segments and what city name they have and so on.
