L3 Unlock - Park St, Wigan

Hello again, chaps.

I have drawn an extension onto Park St, Wigan but am unable to connect it to the existing road because it's locked to Level 3?

I've mentioned before that lots of roads in this (my) area seem to be locked to level 3 and I really don't understand why.

Anywaze (excuse the pun), if someone could do the honours and allow me to connect the extension to the main street it would be very much appreciated.

Yep - that's great.

Trying to add the 90 degree was when I first noticed it was locked.

I've sent a PM to the Level 3 editor who has locked lots of minor roads in the area to ask why it's happened. I'm not being arsey - just curious.

connected with all turns allowed. I also added a 90 degree angle to make sure you a turn left/right not a keep left/right. That ok?
