I saw the L5 lock on the southern part of Hoe Rd, and assumed the top bit was locked as well, but it turns out it wasn't still couldnt edit it though. So I must assume the lock includes ALL turns on the connected junction node.

Done, but puzzled why you couldn't do it yourself. Is that the right permalink you've given? It looks to me as though neither Orford Rd or any of the others at that junction were locked. Has changing lock levels now joined the class of edits that don't reflect in the named editorship of a segment?

You're absolutely right. I've d/l to 3. I guess even when I do get back to editing regularly, I'm going to have to double-triple check everything I do to be sure I've not missed something obvious. My brain's distinctly slow at the moment
