This is a question for the country managers :

I am editing several small cities in Luxembourg, and I find strange to see uncommon spelling for:

"tarchamps" (all lower case)
"watrange" (all lower case)
"SONLEZ" (all capitals)

Is there any way to spell those cities "Tarchamps", "Watrange", and "Sonlez" or should I use the "Cities change" form offered by the Waze team?
