A permalink of the segments that need to be blocked is always handy...
As it's for quite some months, i would suggest to use a time based restriction...

Unless your destination is on one of these segments or on a segment only to be reached through the 'closed' segments...

I notice you're not having a data connection... Is this always like that, or do you also get that route when having a data connection?
I keep trying via livemap, but always get a good route, and i really don't say anything weird on the TBSR...
