Thank you. But you missed something.
You should NOT be able to make a u-turn coming from East (u-turn from West is possible)

You should not be able to go left (South).

About restrictions (not speed limitations). Every Sundays, there is a market. Here is the map : http://www.liege.be/telechargements/pdf ... 160112.pdf
Some sections, mentioned in my previous message, are still accessible by car.

Sorry, but don't understand what you're meaning...
- What segment/node shouldn't have a u-turn?
- do you mean restrictions? Or speed limits? I see they have both, so do you mean they should be removed?
