I want to edit the street I live in but I need to be level 2 or someone from level 2 needs to save the changes since there is a new road added with the original street with still the same streetname.

How can I be level 2 to edit the new area? Since there are 8 new houses in the street but all are unkown by far to reach by Waze or other gps tracking devices/apps.

Really need some help so the owners can navigate to their houses, of you fill in the house number you live in it says that there are no results. Very disturbing if you have to give the adres for delivery's, visitors, ...
