This segment of Brook Road between the Elstree Studio roundabout and Brook Close is no longer closed. Affinity Water was laying new supply pipes to the residential development that is being built where Isopad House and Hertsmere House used to be. According to the signage, it was closed to all vehicles travelling from the roundabout to Brook Close until the end of February 24th but has been reopened early. Traffic was permitted from Brook Cl to the roundabout, but not in the opposite direction.
