Hi there, I have added the closure to Forshaw Heath Lane until 7th July. The official TRO for these works do not define the closure periods so we couldn't add them in advance.

We don't map lane closures nor diversion routes. Waze should learn any delays due to these works and factor that into routing choices in the area, as this is a relatively short term speed limit change I did not alter the mapped speed limits as they are only an indication Waze.

Unfortunately Worcestershire County Council are rather vague in their closure notices, often stating a few nights over a multi-month period so it is impossible to add closures in advance.

I have removed the closure on Forshaw Heath Lane as a report this morning shows the user was able to drive along it to the M42.

That island is a complete nightmare at the moment, I always forget about the roadworks/traffic and its not until I get onto the A435 by Becketts I remember and go Oh fudge now I have to sit in traffic for 15-20 minutes to get on the motorway.

Hopefully Waze remembers better than I do
