No. It currently appears that waze has "fixed" the reports to address all the complaints regarding excessive pop-ups. viewtopic.php?p=358338#p358338
Although, I'm sure it really working as intended. Many don't seem to be getting these reports at all now.

Does the Events Radius really work?

Postby Machete808 » Wed Apr 03, 2013 10:31 pm

I've got mine set to "all," as I am AM for an island where I don't live and I'd love to see the reports from there. I've only occasionally glimpsed road reports that are even close to the 100-mile radius.

Is this an issue being fixed? Thanks for any feedback!

Thanks. I do get reports, a bit wider radius than what's described in the linked thread, but just not as wide as I'd like.
