I'm done. I've set the lock level of all the ramps to Auto(1) as the all the segments they connect to are Auto(1) and it doesn't really make sense to have the ramps at a higher level and that seems consistent with the wiki (https://wiki.waze.com/wiki/Road_names/A ... _Off_ramps). But feel free to reset them to Lvl3 if you think that's a better option.

The ACT must have dozens of intersections where ramps are used at intersections of Primary roads…

But then maybe this road (Belconnen Way/Barry Dr) could be upgraded to perhaps a minor hwy (even though it has no route number). It carries a lot of traffic, it connects the Canberra CBD with the Belconnen town centre. Speed limit is 80 km/h and the road is 2 sometimes 3 lanes in either direction. This road is at least as good a standard as Northbourne avenue which is a major hwy by virtue of it having a route number…

Thanks for the background on the why the roads are primary.

We also have lots of turning lanes which really shouldn't be drawn in. There are some which it is a losing battle with, no sooner do you fix it then someone comes along and draws them back in.

I only ever put them back in if there's a map problem that requires it

This has been discussed before by the regional managers. It's been decided to standardise Australia as much as possible which is why nearly everything in the ACT is now primary road, even if the standard is equivilant to a higher rating.

I would set them all to Primary Street rather than Ramps. Ramps are usually used on Highway segments on actual Highways. This intersection only needs 'at-grade' connectors which would be Primary Street.
