What the lower level editor needs to provide for the higher level editor is the permalinks. That is what glomp is after. Stating street names to another editor does not mean much, as they might not know where that street is located. It is the permalink they require.

As waze editors, our role is to map based on what is legal. It is the job of councils and governments to determine whether or not a turn or other similar 'risky' situations should be permitted based on risk assessments performed by people much more qualified than us to do so.

This point is not up for discussion, never has been and never will be.

On the mobile at the moment but it helps the editor performing the update to have the details on hand instead of following a link.
As the requesting editor, it is your responsibility to provide all the details relevant in the request. ;)

From late April 2017, the westbound lane on Allen Street will be temporarily closed at Seymour Road to
install water tanks to manage ground water in preparation for the installation of a new gas pipe in the area.
The pump and tanks will be housed inside two shipping containers.
In addition, Seymour Road will be temporarily closed between Kingsford Smith Drive and Allen Street from
mid-May 2017 while the new gas pipe is being installed. The new pipe will be installed beneath Kingsford
Smith Drive working from south to north and continuing along Seymour Road into Allen Street.
Both road closures will remain in place until mid-July 2017.
Work will be undertaken from Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm and on Saturdays between 8am
and 5pm. Work will involve the use of excavators, trucks, vacuum excavators and pumps to excavate a
large pit and trenches to install gas pipes and connections.
Detour signs will be installed to help pedestrians and motorists navigate through the area during the
closures.
Pedestrian access will be maintained through the work site. Driveway access will be maintained at all times
under the direction of traffic control officers.
In the event of wet weather or unforeseen circumstances, this work may be extended
