Reason for request: While investigating a UR nearby, I found that a speed limit change is slightly inaccurate. The change instead of happening to 90km → 70km at -27.5693428,151.9923865 the change is marked at -27.55709,152.01283. As I am still new, I don't know if this is worth changing or not. But I thought I would report it and ask for feedback.

I am not exactly sure how I can correct the node position exactly and how to not impact traffic here, so I'm happy to for another editor to make the change, if you could let me know how you did it so I can take care of it in future.
