McIntyres Rd, Park Orchards VIC - Level 1+ Editor UR Help

Hi Wazers,
Requesting assistance with a UR that is a measly 100m just outside of my editing window. McIntyres Rd is partially 1 way from the last private residence on the hill. Routing indicates that you are able to travel straight down McIntyres Road from the Tacoma St intersection. There are visible 'no entry' signs at this intersection for that section of road. It's configured in a weird makeshift roundabout.

I was going to add a private road for the residence to split the road segment and make the top half one way to prevent traffic from being routed this way. If someone who has access to the area could help that would be great. Please update the UR and resolve if you are level 3 also.
