L3 Update Request - Wildwood, MO

Need L3 or > to tie in this new road to MO-109. Turn permissions should be restricted Left turn from new road and from MO-109 South.

I'll add the name when they place the LGS.

Done. Have you considered joining us in the MO State Google Hangout? Not everybody is subscribed to the MO forums. Other option, which would get this in front of many editors, would be to post in the U.S. unlock forum.

Thanks for the invite. I am a member and was very active about a year ago. Life happened and my editing efforts fell off. I am getting back into it.
