TTS improvement

Is there any way to use the Localization feature to improve TTS in all language .

I know in french, some words have bad pronunciation.

Orit, can you explain how the lang tts files work?
I know many changes were made to the global rules but is it possible to force everyone to use those tts files?
Basically, I'd like to see everyone on the same page, being able to edit pronunciation and pauses etc for their own language, or specifically the voices available for the language.

Example:
In the UK we requested (CW) to be clockwise.
But it isn't in the UK tts file.

Please indulge us :-)
