Ofcourse we can add state data for all countries.
The Netherlands has 12 provinces, but what benefit would it have to add this info?

Okey, I understand.
For the Netherlands, Belgium and luxembourg we don't have those issues.
We don't have duplicate citynames, so it probably will only be an annoyance.

I much rather see a postalcode addition.
A lot of people just use the postalcode for navigation, but that's impossible because it's not supported.

It works very well in the UK!
But you cannot add new postalcodes. 8-)
And it doesn't work for the netherlands.

It would be nice to just fill in my postalcode and arrive home ;-)

States/Provinces or other regional subdivisions are probably more practical in larger countries like the United States, Canada, Australia, perhaps the 4 parts of the United Kingdom, or maybe even Brazil or China. But for smaller countries, like in Europe, where most are the size of what would be considered a state or province in a larger country, I'm not sure a "state" subdivision makes much sense.
