[Solved] Quotation marks not appearing right

Upon translating different strings needing quotation marks, orit commented that i'm using the quotation marks the right way. Still, as you can see on the picture below, the third option is not displayed correctly. Some encoding problem (") or what? I'm using no backslashes or anything, just plain quotation marks. Any ideas?

Fixed
This issue is not related to translations but caused when downloading files from the transifex system and it was solved :)
