Waze are working to have TrafficMaster able to influence routing, so please let me know if you see "road closed" alerts from TM that are bogus, mis-placed or just missing. If I can convince them to use the data direct from HA, that would be far better.

*bump* does anyone have any more opinions about "TM" reports?

* If the TM reports are wrong, then it also makes Waze (users) look bad, and introduces doubt that any of the traffic reports are valid.

If you come across any specific traffic reports by "TM" which are out of place or out of date, please post them to this other thread. Be sure to include a link to the livemap location, and any other useful data you can provide. This will be fed back to TrafficMaster so that they can improve their service.

Same as Ditchi, I haven't seen any appearing in the app whilst driving around the London area, and considering how many traffic alerts they've got showing on the livemap on their own site, you wouldn't know it looking at the traffic alerts on our livemap - all the ones I've clicked on so far have been submitted by Wazers, it's only some of the roadworks reports which show up as submitted by TM.

The truncated text on report pop ups is also a pain for those of us who like to submit useful descriptions (e.g. pointing out *which* lane is blocked by a vehicle) in an attempt to help our fellow Wazers, rather than just sending the report without any explanation and expecting everyone else to figure out what the problem is once they get there...

It is possible to read the whole text if you open up the report menu, tap on "All reports" at the bottom, and then find the report in the list... It'd be kinda nice if the app would find it for you if you tap on the report popup, but hey ho.

Haven't seen any recently, but when the Elgin reports were first added to Waze they did include accident reports as well.

I've seen a lot of these recently along the south coast, useful to have as it helps contribute where there aren't a lot of users around.

I've noticed that they appear on route overview as 'other' , at least indicating that sometimes amiss!
