Essex, Brentwood, A1023 Shenfield Road heading southbound (just after Middleton Hall Lane junction) there is a 30mph fixed speed camera.

However this camera pings "Speed camera ahead" warning regardless of your speed - I even had it go off when I was crawling in traffic at 5mph. My understanding of the many other cameras I encounter on my travels is that Waze only sounds "Speed camera ahead" if you are approaching(?) / exceeding the speed limit.

Map Editor shows this as a 30 mph camera, so I don't expect it to ping if I'm approaching at, say, 5 mph. Am I correct in this understanding?
