[DRAFT] Wazeopedia Useful Report Forms

A recent post gave me a gentle reminder I was going to collate the various report forms that I have used during my short time of editing, for when things are out of the volunteers control. So here I present a new draft Wazeopedia page

Useful Report Forms

Happy to have suggestions on the summary wording, any other forms you've used would be good (I wasn't planning to include AM application), and if any L5+ could confirm what extra city modifications they can do I can also add that to the Editor Features Restricted by Rank page.

I have removed the link but I think it's worth keeping the note to help editors if they do stumble upon a random Staff lock (if they appear).

I did have a look through the Guideline Summary thread but could only find the AM application & a Search error support link, exactly what kind of search errors do HQ wish to know about as we can solve most wrong location URs ourselves.

I have found, used and never had any response to the following form. :?

It looks like it could be useful if it worked. :D It is on my list of questions for the July meeting.

It's not a form, but another recent discussion highlighted a way of reporting incorrect street name pronunciations in the street-naming dialogue. Even though iainhouse reported that muliple attempts to report the incorrect pronunciation of his home street had met with no result, it may help Dave2084 with his internal localization team contacts if we're generating a lot of reports.

In a page about reporting various issues to Waze, it would be worth including this mechanism.
