New roundabout

New roundabout has been built, I don't have permission to add it myself.
How do we go about this?

On Google Maps, the roundabout is no present, the location is: 52.477328, -1.786200

At the junction of Meadway and Holbeach Road, the existing crossroad node is: 128304496
