He has no forum account that I can see or doesn't check it.

Please don't give me the "try contacting him line", it hasn't worked and I've been pretty frigging patient, but his edits are now getting beyond a joke.
I can only assume it was one of HQs appraisals that gave him those rights, I hope to God it wasn't one of us
