I assume you're referring to the form linked to the Africa AM request in your post in the Egypt forum?

If you're getting no response there I'd recommend PMing Al-Janoubie as they appear to be the most senior active editor for Egypt right now. 

If that doesn't help, then you'll need to get in contact with the African Community Manager.
