I think maybe Waze has run the script I read about. Speed limits seem to have appeared on all segments of Primary Street or greater and a new box "Verified" has been added. From what I can see if you add a speed limit it automatically ticks the verified box. The highlighter script still shows no speed limit if a speed limit has been entered but the verified box is not ticked.

So maybe this is about to go live and you can expect a million URs for incorrect speed limits!

I haven't read anything. Rightly or wrongly I have been splitting the segments??

I assume that is for the reasons described here: https://wiki.waze.com/wiki/Routing_server#Turn_delays

This is important all the time and should play a part in deciding whether to add a "turn left any time" lane. Probably should not add them if it can be avoided.

The highlighter script does it as well. That is what I am using. It has an option to include or exclude ramps or streets.

Thanks. It is interesting in the difference between the IOS version and Android. In Android you can have the speed limit always showing. In IOS you have more options for when the limit exceedance will show. I think they need a better design document :-)
