downlocked. The Service Rd needs an extra junction node (2 segments).
please reply when done/needing an uplock again.

If two segments are connecting without any side road connected, one of them need an extra node/junction. Mostly the lowest type/least important one. In this case, the Service road, it need to exists of 2 segments.
Are you allowed to turn both ways at both ends of the service road?
