I attempted to ask this in the New Mexico forum with no reply.

I am observing a specific user constantly make excess reports in what I suspect is their immediate vicinity. I would like to speak with someone (Admin preferably) via PM about potential abuse of the hazard reporting system that does the Waze community no good and appears to be nothing more than point padding.
