Reporting a speed trap in Sonoita, Arizona

I'm new to Waze and I want to report a speed trap. What is the proper method to do it if any? I got a speeding ticket back in May in Sonoita, AZ. In the span of .9 miles the speed goes from 55 to 35 to 65 mph on Highway 82 near the intersection with Highway 83.

There is no way of setting a speed trap in the editor. The Police is a function via the client (phone) so others can know that they are there currently.
