Do you have proposed dates as I have some conflicts throughout the month?

I put down maybe. I'm half time in Delaware and half time Luray Virginia. If I'm in Delaware that week I'll hop a train up. Too far from Luray for a day trip

I do have some flexibility so with some notice can hopefully work it out.

Would love to be there, but we're moving that weekend, so it's not going to happen. Hope to make the next one.

I'll be in the Hartford, CT area that week visiting family for Christmas, so NYC is certainly doable. On Tuesday I RSVP'd yes via the Google Docs form. However, I can make it on Sunday only as my budget does not allow for a hotel room at the moment.

What time is the meetup on Sunday? I'm trying to figure out if it would be best to drive to the Brewster Metro North station, take the train to Grand Central and the Subway to the hotel, or if I should drive all the way in to Manhattan. I figured out that the Metro-North and Subway tickets will cost me slightly less than the cost of parking/tolls/additional gas. However, the last train to Brewster leaves Grand Central on Sunday at 10:47 PM, so if I'm going to be later than that I should drive.

Is there food included? I can cover the cost of my meals -- I just would like to know.

The parking garage at 29 West 28th St appears to have cheaper rates ($39 for any 24 hours with coupon printed from this website, $11 additional fee for SUVs) and more spaces than the garage at 10 East 29th St that is listed on the Wiki page. It seems to be the same distance from the hotel.

I'm still trying to decide on transportation to the event -- whether I am going to drive or take Metro-North to Grand Central + Subway.
