The ultimate choice for weekend date will be made by staff, but we can provide input.

We previously were selecting a weekend in March or April. However due to an internal conflic which arose, staff will be unable ot attend either of those dates. The ultimate choice for weekend date will be made by staff, but we can provide input. We are attempting to choose a different weekend where staff will be able ot join us and enhance our meetup. We are gathering data for the entire months of June & July, and will use the reslts to help when we narrow down the dates with staff.

Feel free to offer here or directly to me. No good help will be turned down. If you have venues you want to recommend which would be suitable for a conference with right 50 attendees, with A/V presentation, outlets for laptops at each table etc. and some decent lounge amenities please feel free to pass them up.

We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for our meetup. The meetup is scheduled for Sunday, July 9th, 2017, in Philadelphia, PA.

You must fill out this registration form ASAP if you plan to attend, to reserve your spot. Please don't RSVP if you will not attend.

Any editor who edits in any of the N(E|O)R states is welcome to attend, this will be a great learning opportunity, as well as a social event to meet and greet the awesome people behind those hardhats!

Yes there are details in the form. But in summary you get either a) the flight, or b) gas/tolls reimbursement. If you take the flight, then taxi to/from hotel is not included.
