Everyone in Northeast region!

I am pleased to announce that PhantomSoul will be taking over Assistant Regional Coordinator role in Northeast Region (NOR), effective immediately.

PhantomSoul is a NJ native and been an ARC of NJ for sometime. His transition to NOR ARC role will be seamless as he's involved in many projects already. I would like to thank and congratulate PhantomSoul for taking on additional duties and accepting this new challenge.

I would like to thank Qwaletee (NOR) and Pesachz (NY) for their help and support thus far.
