New Jersey Functional Classification Maps

New York Functional Classification Maps

Question: How does use of a pre-2009 FC map publication affect coordination with other neighboring states whose published FC maps reflect the updates made to the national FC specifications in 2009? The currently published FC maps for both New Jersey and New York are from 2004, and are thus obsolete according to current NFC standards.
