#qazxcvbnmm, thanks for the comments, I believe your 2 options is only feasible ways I can see as well (I only have limited information).

And for the traffic on the section of leslie St, I don't believe it's correct at all. Because I drive on the road every day back and force from home to work. Plus the issue only happens since one month to 3 weeks ago (rough estimate). It was fine before that time. Because the issue has been persistent for a while. Probably need a way to solve it.

Could somebody have edit level 4 or up, help to delete the section of Leslie St between Princeton Ave and Major Mackenzie, and re-create it again?
