Closures form vs restrictions
So as per the wiki, https://wiki.waze.com/wiki/Canada#Closures , closures can be reported using this form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1qseeTL ... Y/viewform

That's great for emergency closures, but for planned closures, why not just ask waze to make regular restrictions visible in the app/live map? That would let the editors/reporters get editing points, and would make it simpler then filling out a form, especially for daily/nightly closures. This method is preferred over adding restrictions -- it is nearly immediate (processed several times per day by Waze staff), and does not rely on a tile rebuild. The closure will also be visible in the app and on the livemap, in addition to avoiding routing through the segment.
• For daily/nightly closures, add entry for each day.
