TrafficCast MPs have started popping up where they think there are ongoing closures. Can we use our best judgment about whether to follow up on such requests?

Example: This MP on Stephen's St, Vancouver. It's a real closure, but Stephens is not an arterial road, and only gets very local traffic. I would not ordinarily send in a closure request for this type of closure (unless it generated a UR), because the only wazers likely to be routed on Stephens are those actually going to Stephens i.e. it will not affect through traffic.

Any issues with just exercising ones judgment about the necessity to put in these closures?
