I suppose we can get started with getting a list of what's already done for the provincial highways, since Toolbox doesn't seem to be showing which segments have speed limits, at a high zoom level:

Also, there are many R5 locked MH left in the province, before our locking guidance changed--can I use my new supreme authority to lower these to R4? ^_^

If you mean why I added those to the list, there are a countable number of municipal freeways, might as well add them to the list.

(Some of municipal roads I added are not even freeways, feel free to help yourself.)

Another comment: We should not be blowing up JBs for adding SL right?

(Or perhaps, we can blow up JBs only this time, and then all new JBs must have SL filled before added.)

Hi everyone. For the Raid, A Lot of sector in Québec province have scheduled speed limit, witch one we use, the lowest one, or the one out of schedule..

Example a street with a school could be from september to jun monday to friday from 07h am to 10h30 am an from 2h00 pm to 4h00 pm a 30kph... regular speed out of this schedule is 50 kph.. did i use 30 or 50 ??
