As a topic for discussion, please consider an update on the process of adding closures, split into Construction, Emergency, Events (what warrants an MTE and when we can add through WME) and possibly Ferry scheduling (closures vs. timed restrictions vs. turn restrictions).

Some road are close during winter so we have to update then year after year.
