Félicitations à Philippe (phil-mtl) qui a réussi à devenir un champion local de niveau 5!

I think I remember first encountering Phil through his map edits, through which he earned an invitation to the Canada regional gathering in Toronto. Despite meeting us, he stayed in Waze and is always willing to listen to my complaints about local transportation agencies. That's not a requirement for a local champ but it doesn't hurt.

Phil has remained a valued editor and no doubt will help push Waze forward, especially in Quebec.
