It's official! The 2020 Mid-Atlantic / South Atlantic Regions meetup will take place in Annapolis, MD, USA on March 14,2020.

Waze covers flight/travel expenses to the city of the event, and 1 night’s stay at the event hotel, including planned group meals/activities.
The nearest major airport is BWI Marshall Airport. Following submission of the form above, you will be invited to the meetup discord channel, where ground transportation and activities can be coordinated.
Transportation cost is covered to the city (airport) where the meetup is being held, but does not cover the cost of additional transit to/from the meetup location (hotel) by taxi, rental car, etc.
