Need help from a level 4 editor

A section of Devils Hollow Road in Frankfort has been closed since heavy rain in early 2015 washed away part of it. It is still undetermined at this time when the road will be repaired and remains closed. The section of road that is closed is locked for level 4 editing. Will someone please mark this section of road closed.
