301 freeway work -- Jamison Corner Rd

Post by voludu2
There's a cluster of URs around JAmison rd.
For a while, nthe RTC was only one direction, but that's fixed.
Now there's a UR saying Jamison is open between Boyd's corner and hyetts corner.
How much of Jamison is open to local traffic?

According to the DelDOT site it is closed.

http://www.deldot.gov/home/newsroom/rel ... ml?id=5960

It's also marked as closed on their map.

I'll PM tr-11 and ask him to confirm it's still closed.

Thanks. I drove by there a few weeks ago and saw the same. Since it's one segment from Boyds Corner to the roundabout I figured just leave it as is.

Update -- drove by a few weeks ago on Lorewood grove rd and saw the orange sign there. The break in Jamison corner rd seems to be just south of the roundabout at hyetts corner rd. It appears that local access to Jamison corner rd would have to be from Boyd's corner rd.

The orange detour signs in place on cedar lane rd and on 13 at hyetts corner rd seem to confirm this.

Did not explore closer -- family does not enjoy that sort of thing.

Sorry for the delay marking this one resolved.

Yep. Only one house on the segment. No URs since the last fix. Don't expect any unless they call an Uber car. Which seems unlikely in that location.
