I created the temporary turn lane and scheduled it to not open until 3pm Friday (checking my work is always appreciated)

Yes. I did. I intend to delete the crossover after the weekend since it's temporary unless they extend it another weekend. The crossover is only open during the closure and is a temporary roadway. I know the sat image shows otherwise but it was later removed. Streetview shows the crossover gone, which is the new normal there.

@MReiser4670 - I haven't been notified by @orbitc that the closure is scheduled for this weekend yet. Do you have access to the closure sheet to check?

Update: This is still on. There are variable message signs all over the northern part of the state warning about the closure this weekend. This is THE major route from all points VA/DE/MD ocean areas up through to NJ/NY area.

Example route: https://www.waze.com/livemap?lon=-75.06 ... =-75.49865

(depending on time of day, sometimes it routes up SR-1 to 95, other times, like at night, it routes up US-13 through this detour area)

I'm going to rattle my gums and say I am feeling really good right about now. This is what makes it worth it to be a Waze editor. Right now northern Delaware around New Castle is in near grid-lock around due to the closing of US-13, but thanks to the scheduled closure in Waze, I know that anyone using Waze is being routed around the mess successfully, both because of the closure itself and the adaptive behavior of detecting traffic congestion.

So thanks to all that helped make this happen, including @MReiser4670, @PesachZ, and @orbitc -- y'all rock!
