Need a new community mapped

From a UR reported in MD:
Can you tell me when you will have the GPS on my development in Ovezn View, DE? Sanderling Rd off Whites Neck Rd zip 19970
They are referring to this location: PermaLink

You can see the street sign, and the stop bar for the new road in the Sat Image and GSV.

There are some GPS traces, but you'll probably need to find a county GIS source for the layout of the community.

Have you tried to get the reporter to pave it and then use the editor to name things (or drop URs with all the names)?

Okay. I will convey that message.

For those who don't like going to the GIS website, below is a gDrive folder with screenshots of all the plans for this area. I'm sure some of them haven't been built yet though.

Sussex County GIS has it mapped, so I will add the new streets.

EDIT: I had to guess at some of the street locations in the absence of aerials or streetviews; also, the GIS has many additional streets mapped in this area which show no GPS traces, so I can't tell whether they have been built yet. If the original reporter can provide any additional info, that would be extremely helpful.
