New locking standard
A new locking standard is in place for all states in the Northeast and New England area.

Locks should only be adjusted if working on other matters on those roadways. Also do not mass change any roads since they may have higher locks on certain complex intersections, doglegs, etc, in order to protect them from accidental change.
