Routing Issue Report

How would you address a strange routing problem like this -- Instead of taking Tunmore Road all the way to Pleasant View Ave, the user was routed around Joyce Ann Dr?

I wonder if they're on iOS and have upgraded to Waze 4.0. Maybe the app is doing some routing silliness that WME/Live Map is not? I can't seem to reproduce it anywhere else...

Thanks. I've asked the question to the reporter. I've seen similar reports in other areas with similar routing silliness (not reports I'm working).
