No prob, I fixed all "gatvė". The point is, different places in the client use different cases: nominative ("gatvė") is used in the map, but in directions it has to be accusative ("gatvę"). Therefore we have gone for using an abbreviation that is valid for both cases.
As for navigation quality, I believe that Waze is near-perfect in Kaunas (not to brag, but I live there
), Klaipėda is also quite OK but has some weird turns still not fixed. Other places sadly are a problem. I can't talk about Navigon as I haven't tried it, but your TomTom issues sound weird: from my experience, it has very good maps - I haven't found any issues apart from several newly built overpasses missing.
