In Nova I think nearly all of the open URs are being actively worked. If we ever had 100% closed URs, that would mean that we were not giving reporters a chance to respond.

It most certainly is not a contest. That is why MOST of us that are active in the community are a-ok with help from others on closing out (especially) unresponsive URs, such as the ones of "yours" that I closed out tonight that were 8 days old and had a 4th day warning...as per the Virginia WIKI Page. I really couldn't care less about edit counts or UR counts. Just trying to help out in my home state. Since you DO seem to believe it is a contest, though, I will avoid "your" URs. Please don't leave them hanging for too long, though....and if you run across one of "mine" that you can solve or meets the 1/4/8 criteria for closing, please close it.
